The project "Intercultural and Inclusive Labor Spaces" supported by the Strengthening Fund of Colunga, between 2017 and 2019, seeks to generate inclusive employment spaces through intermediation between companies and migrants. Intermediation that translates into: Training of migrant people in labor skills, language and labor legislation; awareness and advice to companies in the hiring process; all under a protocol of accompaniment from the intercultural perspective, promoting decent work standards.
In 2017, we also contributed to the improvement of the offices of attention to the migrant population of the foundation.
While the Applied Research Fund of Colunga focuses on supporting the foundation in the study on the housing situation of migrants in some urban districts of the Metropolitan and Antofagasta regions.
