CATIM and Fundación Colunga join in an Alliance, since the second semester of 2015, to design and implement the first "Integral Center for Children and Youth", which seeks to install in an innovative way preventive and reparative solutions for children, youth and families victims of serious abuse. Since its inception, this program has sought to increase the well-being of children and their families who face psychosocial problems linked to abuse, sexual abuse and social exclusion.

Model Center "Childhood, Youth and Family" proposes an innovative methodology, which exceeds the segmentation of public services, aimed at the participation of all members of the family system and involving different domains of well-being. At the same time, it adopts the co-responsibility approach, in which both families, as well as the State, private enterprise, academia and civil society share the role of guaranteeing the rights of children. Initiative also supported by the 2017 Colunga Strengthening Fund.
