The Reflection program of Colunga Social Innovation Laboratory It invites to strengthen and expand the impact capacity, individually and collectively, of leaders of civil society organizations.
In a meeting with executives and members of the Colunga Network, the Colunga Social Innovation Laboratory presented its Reflection program, which will take place during the second semester of 2018.
"The invitation is to be part of a community of practice, based on collaborative, scalable, more effective and coherent models in the being and the work of organizations," he said. Fe Sánchez, Director of ColungaHUB.
The Reflection program will be carried out together with Diego Cuadra, Director for Chile of The Kairos Project, international network of coaches which aims to offer learning and development to social and environmental NGOs and organizations with purposes.
In this first initiative will work on issues related to Effective Collaboration and Organizational Development, in particular for civil society organizations that make up the Colunga Network. "The program will be based on techniques such as Theory U, Sociocracy and Participatory Methodologies, which allow the management teams to reorganize, to be able to work towards profound innovation, not only in their services, but also in their way of collaborating and organizing", commented Gabriel Nesvara, Coordinator of the Social Innovation Laboratory of Colunga.
