We inaugurated Sala Cable's new exhibition "Los Olvidados", which invites us to remember those who have promoted Chilean and international culture.
The 26 watercolor portraits are an extract of 50 creations by the national artist Eduardo Agrela, which will be exhibited throughout the month of July in the Cable Room at Arte de Fundación Colunga y Arteurbano.
"They are people who have a work that they invite to remember and return to a human place. All his creations have to do with a world that was left behind and I urge people to know them, "says Eduardo Agrela. And he adds: "You can not go forward without knowing where we came from and why we came to this place."
Gabriela Mistral, Violeta Parra, Pedro Lemebel, are some of the prominent Chilean personalities that are portrayed in this exhibition, while internationally we can find Igor Stravinski, Greta Garbo and Orson Welles, among others.
You can visit "Los Olvidados" at Av. Bustamante 26, Providencia, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We will wait for you!
